1. View the email or text message containing the ticket offer. Tap on the “Accept Tickets” button. If you received a text message, click on the link to be able to view the "Accept Tickets" button.

2. After clicking the provided link you will need to sign in with your Ticketmaster account and agree to the terms and services.  If you have a Ticketmaster account and don’t remember your password, enter your e-mail and hit “Forgot Password” to have a temporary one emailed to you.  If you receive a message stating your e-mail is not found, or you never had a Ticketmaster account, please tap ‘Sign Up’ at the bottom to create an account.

3. Select the 2026 Tournament of Roses event ticket image that you would like to open. You will see your Parade, Game and/or Tailgate tickets in this screen..

4. Choose the Seat Location(s) you wish to manage by swiping right and left. Tap "View Ticket".

5. Click "Add to Wallet".

6. Select “View in Wallet” to access the ticket in your phone's wallet. 

7. Please have your ticket open and ready to scan at the gate.
