About the Rose Bowl Game
The 113th Rose Bowl Game will take place on January 1, 2027, and will be played as a College Football Playoff Quarterfinal, featuring one of the top four teams in the country against a playoff first round game winner. Known as “The Granddaddy of Them All,” the Rose Bowl Game is the oldest bowl game and kicked off a myriad college football legacies in 1902.
The game has been home to 22 Heisman Trophy winners, produced 32 National Champions, featured 231 consensus All-Americans and honored 146 college football legends by inducting them into the Rose Bowl Hall of Fame.
