Authorized Distributors of the CFP Quarterfinal at the Rose Bowl Game presented by Prudential

The following groups are the only authorized ticket distributors: Pasadena Tournament of Roses Association (includes the City of Pasadena and ESPN), the participating institutions and conferences, Ticketmaster, and rosebowlpremiumseating.com. The Rose Bowl Game also has an official ticket relationship with On Location.

Tickets for Infants

All persons attending the CFP Quarterfinal at the Rose Bowl Game presented by Prudential must have a full-price reserved seat ticket for admission. Lap passes are not issued for children.

Lost and Stolen Ticket Policies

Lost game tickets WILL NOT be replaced. Stolen tickets must be reported prior to game day to the authorized distributor from which they were received for replacement. Please report stolen tickets to law enforcement immediately. On game day, stolen tickets will not be replaced.

"Never Received Tickets"

If tickets were “never received” from the authorized distributor, patrons must contact that authorized distributor for resolution of this issue.

Premium Seating

The Terry Donahue Pavilion, located on the west side of the Rose Bowl Stadium, offers several Premium Seating options including Club Seats, Loge Boxes and Suites. The premium seat experience includes complimentary VIP parking immediately next to stadium/premium gate entrance, exclusive climate controlled indoor lounge access, complimentary dining and non-alcoholic beverages, full cash bars and wider, cushioned seating with 50% more legroom than bowl seats. Customer Service/Will Call Booths

Any customer service issues regarding tickets purchased through the participating universities can be resolved on game day at the participating institution’s Customer Service booth, located outside of Gate A. Player guests may pick up their tickets at the participating institution’s Customer Service/Player Will Call booth and picture identification will be required to pick up tickets. Please look for the banner with the name of the participating institution at the top of the booth. Participating institution and player guest Customer Service/Will Call booths open at 11:30 a.m. and picture identification will be required to resolve any customer service issues.

Any customer service issues regarding tickets purchased through other authorized distributors can be resolved at the Tournament of Roses Customer Service booth located outside of Gate B. This booth is only open on game day, not for the days leading up to the game. Third-party Will Call “tickets” will not be accepted at this booth. On game day, this Customer Service booth opens at 10 a.m. and picture identification will be required to resolve any issues.

General parking at the Rose Bowl Stadium is available in Lot H, 1-4, 6, and 8-10. Parking prices for the CFP Quarterfinal at the Rose Bowl Game presented by Prudential will be determined later this year.

Parking at Rose Bowl Stadium can be paid for via cash, ALL credit and debit cards, and Apple Pay. When available, passes can also be purchased online. There is no reserved parking and cars may be stack-parked in rows of five (5) on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking lots open at 4 AM Other than designated overnight motorhome parking, there is no overnight parking at the Rose Bowl Stadium. In-and-out privileges are prohibited in all parking areas. Once you exit the parking lot, you will be required to pay the full parking fee upon re-entry.

In the event of rain, the golf course lots may not be available for parking. Instead, street parking will be managed by the Pasadena Police Department. In the event of inclement weather, please check the Rose Bowl Stadium on Twitter (@rosebowlstadium) for up-to-date parking information. Be sure to allow yourself additional time for parking or use the Rose Bowl Game.

Premium Seating Parking

Parking is available for all Premium Seat holders with a pass in Lot 5A and 5B. Lot 5A is designated for Luxury Suite and Loge Box holders, while Lot 5B is designated for Club Seat holders. Each lot will be identified by signage with its own entrance on game day.

In the event of rain, the golf course lots may not be available for parking. Instead, street parking will be managed by the Pasadena Police Department. In the event of inclement weather, please check the Rose Bowl Stadium on Twitter (@rosebowlstadium) for up-to-date parking information. Be sure to allow yourself additional time for parking or use the Rose Bowl Game Shuttle.

RV Parking

Motorhomes will only be allowed into the Rose Bowl Stadium area via Linda Vista Ave. and Salvia Canyon Rd. Parking will be directed along West Dr. or in Brookside Park based on availability. The game day motorhome parking fee will be determined later this year. Game day motorhome parking opens at 4 AM on January 1.

Prior to game day, overnight motorhome parking will be in Brookside Park, south of the Rose Bowl Stadium, beginning at noon on December 28, and closing at noon on January 2. Rates are based on date of arrival and will be available later this year.

Uninhabitable trailers including BBQ’s or restrooms are not permitted. The allowable space footprint is 16' wide by the length of the motorhome. All units must be self-contained. There are no hookups available. Prohibited trailers will be escorted to a storage yard, tagged and kept for safekeeping. The trailer will be available for pick up beginning two hours after the end of the game. For more information, please contact the Rose Bowl Stadium at (626) 577-3100.

Limousines and Buses

Buses and limousines parking is only available via pre-purchased parking passes. The bus and limo parking form will be available later this year.

Bus and limo parking passes can not be purchased on with car parking passes, they must be purchased using the form above. Buses and limos will be allowed to enter the Rose Bowl Stadium via Seco St. from Linda Vista Ave. or by pre-designed parking directions accompanying the pre-purchased parking pass. All buses and limousines buying parking on game day must enter the Rose Bowl Stadium via Salvia Canyon Rd. from Linda Vista Ave.

Buses and limousines with pre-purchased parking passes will be allowed to enter the Rose Bowl Stadium via Seco Street from Linda Vista Avenue or by pre-designed parking directions accompanying the pre-purchased parking pass. All buses and limousines buying parking on game day must enter the Rose Bowl Stadium via Salvia Canyon from Linda Vista.

Bus and limousine drop-offs and in-and-out privileges are strictly prohibited at the Rose Bowl Stadium. Once you exit the parking lot, you will be required to pay the full parking fee for buses and limousines upon re-entry.

Metro Light Rail Service

Go Metro to the CFP Quarterfinal at the Rose Bowl Game presented by Prudential and hop on a light rail train directly to Pasadena. Take the Metro A Line and exit at Memorial Park Station.

Then, follow the signs for two blocks to the Rose Bowl Game pick-up location at Parsons Parking Lot. This free shuttle will take you directly to the Rose Bowl Stadium. After the game, simply reverse your route.

Metrolink

Metrolink trains arrive into Union Station where passengers must transfer to the A Line to get to the Rose Bowl Stadium. Visit metrolinktrains.com for more information.

Rose Bowl Game Shuttle and Parsons Parking Lot

On January 1, free shuttle buses are available at Parsons parking lot located at the corner of Union Street and Walnut St. in Pasadena. The shuttle runs continuously from 10 AM until approximately two hours after the end of the game. The cost for parking at Parsons will be available later this year.

Between 10 AM and 11:30 AM, there will be heavy traffic exiting Pasadena from Parsons and the adjacent Old Pasadena parking lots due to the Rose Parade. It is advisable to arrive into Pasadena to park at Parsons before 10 AM or after 11:30 AM to avoid congestion.

Drop-Off / Taxi Zone / Rideshare Services

All drop offs and pick-ups including taxi service and rideshare drop off services are not allowed at the Rose Bowl Stadium via the below directions. Drop off is located on Holly St. between Fair Oaks Ave. and Raymond Ave. From there, all patrons may utilize the free Rose Bowl Game Shuttle or walk to the Stadium.

There are no in-and-out privileges at the Rose Bowl Stadium. Once you exit the stadium, you may not re-enter.

The Rose Bowl Stadium has implemented a clear bag policy for all events at the Rose Bowl Stadium, including the CFP Quarterfinal at the Rose Bowl Game presented by Prudential.

  • 12" x 6" x 12" Clear Plastic Bag
  • 1 Gallon Plastic Freezer Bag
  • Clutch with Shoulder Strap (clutch may not be larger than 4.5" X 6.5")
  • Clutch with Wrist Strap (clutch may not be larger than 4.5" X 6.5")
  • Diaper Bag, as long as accompanied by a child

The following items are not permitted into the Rose Bowl Stadium:

  • Bags that violate the Bag Policy (See Bag Policy)

  • Banners, signs, flags, poles or sticks
  • Beverage Containers larger than 32 oz./1 liter (factory-sealed plastic bottles and empty reusable bottles are allowed; limit 2 per person)
  • Boxes or wrapped packages
  • Cans, glass bottles or alcoholic beverages
  • Coolers
  • Drones
  • Helium balloons
  • Laser pointers
  • Noisemakers including thunder sticks, musical instruments, whistles, air horns and boom boxes
  • Outside Food (only for non-UCLA games)
  • Skates, skateboards, hoverboards, scooters or bicycles
  • Stadium seat cushion with metal frame
  • Umbrellas
  • Unauthorized cameras with lenses longer than 3.5 inches, interchangeable or telephoto lenses
  • Unauthorized video cameras, monopods, tripods or selfie sticks
  • Weapons or projectiles

Note: Strollers are welcome but not allowed to be stored in an aisle or under a seat. Strollers may be checked in at the following Guest Services Locations: Tunnel 28.

Southern California Fan Code of Conduct

The Rose Bowl Game, the Rose Bowl Stadium and the Los Angeles Sports Council support the area’s outstanding collegiate and professional sports teams. In order to ensure a safe and celebratory environment, we ask that fans refrain from the following behavior at all events:

  • Profanity or other offensive language, whether spoken or appearing on apparel
  • Smoking, which is prohibited in the stadium
  • Intoxication or excessive alcohol consumption
  • Bringing prohibited items into the venue
  • Throwing of items or liquids
  • Entering the playing field at any time
  • Fighting or other threatening behavior
  • Failure to retain ticket and/or present it to event staff, if requested to do so
  • Resale of tickets at the venue
  • Violation of state or local laws
  • Failure to comply may subject you to ejection or arrest.

Failure to comply with these guidelines, along with all applicable city, state and federal laws, stadium or the Rose Bowl Game policies may result in citation or arrest as well as loss of tailgating privileges and/or game tickets.

Fans are encouraged to report inappropriate behavior to venue personnel at 626.400.5119. We welcome your help in our efforts to provide an enjoyable experience for all guests.

Security Measures

In order to provide a safe environment for our fans, the following security measures will be in effect:

Searches and magnetometers at the entry gates will include inspection of all items that are carried into the Rose Bowl Stadium. Patrons may be subject to additional searches of your person, also known as “pat downs.”

The CFP Quarterfinal at the Rose Bowl Game presented by Prudential security measures may cause delays in entering the stadium. You are encouraged to secure belongings in your vehicle whenever possible. Law enforcement personnel may conduct inspections of vehicles parking near the stadium.

Patrons may use any gate to enter the Rose Bowl Stadium.

In the event of an emergency, ushers, stadium officials and employees will direct you to a safe location. If you see something, say something. Please report any suspicious activity immediately to local law enforcement, venue personnel, text (626) 400-5119 with details, or call 9-1-1.

Stadium Entry Gates

There are eight (8) stadium entry gates that service the Rose Bowl Game: “A” through “G” and “N” (North). Gates "E" and "N" are accessed through the free public FanFest on the north side of the stadium. Your game ticket allows access through any gate.

Stadium & Ticket Seating Facts

There are 77 numbered rows in the stadium. The lettered rows begin below Row 1, starting with Row “A” and descending down. The tunnels enter the stadium at Row 28. Each section is divided between low seats (1, 2, 3, etc.) and high seats (101, 102, 103, etc.). If you are standing in the tunnel facing the playing field, the low seats are to your left and the high seats are to your right. Guests with tickets seated in numbered rows 27 and below in tunnels 2-7 and 16-21 may use field tunnels 7A and 15A to enter up to their seats.

Miscellaneous

  • Selling of items or soliciting of any promotional or marketing activities is prohibited.
  • Please be respectful to fans around you, other vehicles and stadium property.
  • If you need assistance or observe a potential problem, contact Tailgating Ambassadors, police or parking personnel or call 9-1-1.

Alumni Tailgates

On game day, the alumni associations of the two participating institutions have designated areas for their official alumni tailgate parties. The alumni parties are typically located on the golf course, north of the stadium. Please contact the alumni association of the participating institutions for more details.

Rose Bowl Game Public FanFest

The Rose Bowl Game Public FanFest presented by Honda is open to all ticketed guests and free of charge. FanFest activities include interactive games, TV’s, music, and more. The FanFest will begin at 9 a.m. and close at 1 p.m. A variety of food and beverages will be available for purchase. The Rose Bowl Game Public FanFest is located on the golf course, north of the stadium. For more information, please contact the Rose Bowl Stadium at 626.577.3100 or at rosebowlstadium.com.

Vehicle Tailgating

  • No in-and-out privileges for vehicles.
  • No overnight parking, unless in designated RV lots.
  • Parking lots close 90 minutes concluding the game.
  • No saving of parking spaces. Parking is first-come, first-served.
  • Roadways, aisles and parking areas must be kept clear of tailgating equipment so vehicles and emergency personnel may park or pass through.
  • Guests must tailgate in front of or behind their vehicle only.
  • Vehicle tailgates should not interfere with the flow of traffic.
  • No box trucks, trailers, grill in-tow or catering services from outside sources permitted in parking lots.
  • Individual tents or pop-ups are not permitted.

Food, Fire and Refuse

  • No open flames permitted in any tailgate or parking area.
  • Charcoal grills are permitted in most tailgate areas.
  • All barbecue grills must be raised off the ground.
  • Please clean up your tailgating area before entering the game.
  • Trash bags can be left at your tailgate area. Please recycle when possible.

Alcohol

  • No consumption of alcohol in tailgating areas after kickoff.
  • No drinking games or use of alcohol-related paraphernalia (For example: No beer bong funnels or beer pong).
  • Please do not use glass containers. All drinks should be placed in plastic/disposable cups.
  • No underage drinking.

Music

  • No amplified music.

Fan Assistance/Customer Service

Should you need assistance prior to entering the Rose Bowl Stadium, please visit one of our Fan Assistance booths located throughout the Arroyo. Once inside the stadium, please contact the nearest usher or visit our customer service booth located at Tunnel 28.

First Aid/Lost and Found/Police Headquarters

These services can be found in the Public Safety building located south of Gate “B” across from Tunnel 28. Following the game, lost and found items can be claimed through the following site Lost & Found

Restrooms

Restrooms are located at the entrance to most stadium tunnels.

Cash to Card

The Rose Bowl Stadium is a cashless venue. As part of Stadium Operations, there are 2 Reverse ATM’s on the concourse, conveniently located at Administration Office (between tunnels 28 and 1) and tunnel 19, which allow patrons to turn their cash into a prepaid debit card that can be used inside the stadium and outside, after the event.

Checked Items

Items that are not allowed into the Rose Bowl Stadium must be returned to your vehicle or checked at the Storage Lockers located outside Gate D and in Lot K. Your items will be available for pick-up after you exit the stadium. Please see "Stadium Policies" on page 6 for a list of prohibited items. The Rose Bowl Game and Rose Bowl Stadium are not responsible for checked items.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted in the Rose Bowl Stadium.

Stadium Public Paging

There is no public paging at the CFP Quarterfinal at the Rose Bowl Game presented by Prudential.

Official Rose Bowl Game Merchandise Locations

Show your team pride by purchasing officially-licensed Rose Bowl Game merchandise at the various merchandise booths located throughout the Arroyo and on the concourse inside the Rose Bowl Stadium.

Official Rose Bowl Game merchandise will be available starting on December 28 through January 1.

Pre-Game Day Sale Locations (December 28 – December 31)

  • Lot H: 9 AM – 8 PM (Starting on December 28)
  • Rose Bowl Bash: 10 AM – 5 PM (Rose Bowl Stadium Lot K on December 31)

Parking

Parking for guests with disabilities is immediately adjacent to the Rose Bowl Stadium in Lot F, B and D. All vehicles entering these parking lots must display a valid handicap placard and be prepared to present identification upon entry. Accessible parking opens at 4 a.m. The price for parking is will be available later this year. A golf cart shuttle may be available for transporting patrons with disabilities to and from Lot I, but may require waiting.

Paratransit Vehicle Drop-Off Area

ADA and Access guest drop-off is available in two locations: 1) off site at the shuttle bus point of origin (then board the Rose Bowl Game Shuttle) or 2) in the northeast corner of Lot I of the Rose Bowl Stadium parking lot. A golf cart shuttle may be available for transporting patrons with disabilities to and from Lot I, but may require waiting.

Accessible Guest Seating

Accessible seating for guests with disabilities is available through any of the authorized ticket distributors of the CFP Quarterfinal at the Rose Bowl Game presented by Prudential.

Guests with disabilities should request seating in the disabled patron seating area when purchasing their tickets. Up to three (3) companion tickets may be purchased. They will be assigned to the closest available seat next to the accessible seat. Guests with disabilities who are purchasing tickets through one of the participating institutions should request seating in the disabled patron seating area prior to game day to ensure that seating is available in the area adjacent to the participating institution’s seats.

Remaining seating for guests with disabilities may be exchanged on game day, on a first-come, first-served basis, by going to our customer service booth located inside the stadium at Tunnel 28. Guests who are disabled may enter through any of the eight (8) stadium entry gates.

Stadium Gate Entry

Guests who have disabilities may enter through any of the eight (8) stadium entry gates, as well as an additional ADA entry between Gates B and C.

Assistive Listening & Closed Captioning Devices

Assistive listening and closed captioning devices are available to guests upon request. Please visit the Rose Bowl Stadium Administrative Offices between Tunnel 28 and 1 for additional information.
